In practice we typically remove enquiries that do not become orders after 24 months, and we may keep customer, order and transaction records for longer — up to seven years — where we need them for warranty, contractual, taxation or other legal purposes.
When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or de-identify it. Our systems and our providers’ backups may retain copies for their own routine backup cycles before those copies are overwritten.
